We utilize a Tiered Response to Intervention (RTI) System, an approach that provides early, systematic assistance to children whose needs aren’t met through general core instruction. The goal is to identify and support students with learning and behavior needs as early as possible. The system is structured in multiple tiers, each offering a different level of support based on the student’s needs.

EP differentiates between behavioral/SEL and other developmental needs:

Once a student progresses into Tier II intervention, an RTI Team is formed, including the Director of Student Success, Assistant Director, Classroom Teachers, and relevant whole school personnel.
